Candidate for PA House to address General Meeting

Whitney Hoffman is running against Rep. Stephen Barrar, the only one of Delaware County’s 11 state representatives who opposes the expansion of background checks to cover the private sale of long guns (including military-style assault weapons) in Pennsylvania.  At themeeting Monday evening, Ms. Hoffman will make a presentation about her candidacyas it relates to gun violence reduction policy and legislation, followed by Q & A.

After the presentation and discussion, she will leave the meeting and the attendees will be able to discuss her candidacy, including her responses to a Delco United Candidates Survey about gun control, and make a recommendation to the Steering Committee about whether to endorse her or not.  Please come out and hear what she has to say and help us make a difference through the electoral process!
